Introducing a Boreal Pine tree decorated for the Christmas season. These decorated trees can be used just like any other tree. So you can decorate your yards plazas, parks or streets.

To see them even further without them popping in and out use Ultimate Level Of Detail mod
Boformer's Random Tree Rotation mod
Also BloodyPenguin's No Radioactive Mod and Prop and Tree Anarchy
Sharp Textures mod really makes a difference in how the foliage looks in game.
The Tree De-Duplicator mod is good for when you get double trees.

@Maru_VT- unfortunately, tree shaders do not support illumination maps. Hopefully one day. I made a smaller Christmas Tree as a prop with lights.
@SquaredSpekz- Tree LOD Fix still works just fine. No problems on my end.
