Alternatively to automate this, put the above commands inside of your server.cfg file in the '\cfg\' folder of your dedicated server's installation. If you rent a server from a game server provider there might be a command console on their website to do it, or they might supply you an FTP login and FTP port number; in that case just download a free FTP client and you can connect to your server's files. Then just go into the \cfg\ folder and put those commands inside server.cfg.
Once again, if server.cfg does not exist, just create it.
