Don't want to accidentally bump into an item or key? Mega chest in the way again? Holding the drop button lets you walk right through pickups.
This is my reworked version of https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2810971770, It basically works the same as the original mod, but with a few changes:

Press 'V' on the keyboard to toggle walk through pickups, it will keep on until you press 'V' once again, rather than having to keep holding Ctrl.
When walk through pickups is enabled, you can still pick up items by holding the Ctrl key temporarily.
When walk through pickups is disabled, temporarily walk through pickups by holding the Ctrl key.
To change the default 'V' key use Mod Config Menu.
Why adding a toggle button? I always feel annoyed when surrounded by trinkets in Challenge Room as The Forgotten, it just keep picking up trinkets making me unable to deal an attack.

is there any chance you could also add the on/off toggle to the mod config menu, instead of just the keybinding? on a controller i'd like to be able to toggle it sometimes, rather than holding drop

Same as your other mod "Disable Bums from Pickups"
Pressing "V" is not working all the time - sometimes you need to press it a few times. I've changed MC_POST_UPDATE to MC_POST_RENDER locally. Mb you can update your mod with this change?

Does this also work with Arcade machines? I accidentally blocked the path to the boss with a slot machine from a wheel of fortune card and i cant get past Caves on my blue baby run because of it
