if you want to run BG3 and load your last save game, write the text below into "Launch options" window:

--skip-launcher -d3d11 - DX11

--skip-launcher -vulkan - Vulkan

for dx11 and vulkan accordingly

Your method will force the game to launch in DX11.
If you want your game to launch in Vulkan instead, you can use this other method.

You can skip the launcher by putting a path to the executable in launch options like this.

"E:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Baldurs Gate 3\bin/bg3.exe" %COMMAND%

It will then run the game in Vulkan by default.
Use the other executable "bg3_dx11.exe" for DX11.

(Don't forget to change the letter at the beginning of the path depending of your own game path installation, mine is in "E:", but your could be in "C:" or another letter.)
