Everyone who commented: you HAVE to have RTX 4090 and do ALL the steps for it to work those who don't have a house sell another kidney and an arm or lung

another set of steps:
1. right click portal rtx on your library
2. click "manage>uninstall"
3. press yes
4. click portal on your library
5. press "play"

3080 5800x 32gig ram, getting like 30fps with dlss. have to drop the resolution a bunch to make it playable :( i wouldnt want to touch it with an rtx 3070

you can buy a used 3070 for 250-350 us$ depending on where you live and with dlss get easy 80 fps.
For a single player game, thats more than enough
