For all versions of WH3

Doubles the rate at which all hordes (not settlements) on the map grow. This is achieved by halving the global growth threshold for hordes.

This mod only changes 1 record, so it is compatible with nearly everything, should never require updating, and is extremely easy to edit.

Can be added and removed mid-save without issue. (Note: The game calculates growth at the end of the turn, so you might have more growth points than the threshold for a single turn if you add it mid-save. This does not happen in normal use.)

Tested in single player and multiplayer.
