When confrunted by the homeless man you can get the following for every of the choices:

Enabler - Give him some change
Drinking buddy - Offer him a beer
Out like a light - Put him back to sleep

During "Unknwoun location - You'll see" you can get the "You died" achievement by dieing to one of the traps:

You died - Fall in the pitt - or - Get hit by the log - or - Get stung by scorpions

When getting in the underwather capsule choose one of the following to get the aquivement:
