St John Ambulance Sub Centre asset is a medical service building in game with the same stats as the in game vanilla medical clinic building. It has been lightly detailed with vanilla props which can be removed by using a prop switching/removal mod like BOB or Prop Switcher. I would recommend placing this building on a corner due to all the entry and exit points
