Hello. This mod is causing conflicts with other mods that alter passive lists of same characters, due to re-adding their original passives needlessly while only intending to change Speed. If you'd like to only change one passive, please replace just one id, like in the following example:

int index;
index = BookXmlList.Instance.GetData(243003).EquipEffect.PassiveList.FindIndex((LorId x) => x == 10001);
if (index >= 0)
{
BookXmlList.Instance.GetData(243003).EquipEffect.PassiveList[index] = new LorId(10008);
}

Also, this mod doesn't actually need Harmony for anything, so you can delete its dll and all references to it (from this mod in particular).
