Better base speed than walking and it maintains any built up speed if you buffer your next jump input. Do this by holding jump before landing, releasing after, and then repeating for the next jumps.

while jumping, you are going to hold a direction diagonal to the direction you are traveling in, and then turn into it. I recommend turning on the speedometer in the settings to help feel out the angle and timing of your turns. You will know you are doing it right when the speedometer increases 🤠

The air movement in this game is very similar to Quake 3/Quake champions/Diabotical air strafing. If you are familiar with those mechanics you probably didn't need this guide but thanks for reading anyway :)
