First up, telemetry is disabled by default, so set up the launch options to enable it:
  • right click on 22RS in your Steam library and go to "Properties..."
  • Under the "General" section, find "launch options" and enter: -ip 127.0.0.1
  • Under "Local Files" click, Browse - this should open the game directory in the windows explorer.

In the game's directory (in Windows Explorer), open the "Telemetry" folder, then the "Web" folder, then open "index.html".

It should open a web-page in your browser.

While game game is running, click the connect button in the top right of the browser window. You can now click on the Dash and Charts headings to explore data that's being exported by the vehicle.

This telemetry viewer is basically just a sample application. Any interested programmers can look at the included source code (In VB, C++ or JavaScript) to learn how to use this data in their own tools.

If you have Sim-Racing gear that could make use of this data (such as motion seats, etc), please get in touch with us and we'll see if we can add support.
