This is for Windows only.

1. Go to your windows search bar and type "Game Mode", and click "Game Mode Settings" and turn it off.

2. Open your P5R Game and press CTRL+ALT+DEL and open Task Manager, right click your P5R.exe and go to details. (Note: if details is grayed out just go to the details tab and find your P5R.exe)

3. Right click the P5R.exe and Set Priority to High, now Set Affinity to CPU 0,1 and 2 (if you don't have 4 CPU options and have only 2 or 3 then maybe just leave it).

Done, this worked for me but its not guaranteed to work for everyone.
