Capstan + Pad Props

A capstan (rotary machine used for hauling rope or chain) and two concrete mounting pads which can be used separately as well.

Based on a scanned model[sketchfab.com] by Sketchfab user artfletch which was released under a Creative Commons Attribution[creativecommons.org] license. Full credit and thanks to them for making their work freely available! I only did some work to convert it to meshes/textures which are suitable for Cities:Skylines play.

Reasonable tricount and texture sizes, autogenerated LOD.
