For those who are wondering how... The damage comes from countering maneater's exequy that didn't kill the warrior because of the Tenacity augment (ending at 1hp), healed right away with consumable. Death was simply unfortunate enough to absorb the wrath. Somewhat exploitish in nature, but cool nontheless. Warrior power ftw!
