America has had all natives removed, and many provinces have been blanked to wasteland, We have playable tags in africa and so we wont remove it because of that

To answer some questions, Tibet and Mongolia are uncolonised to prevent lag and allow us to add more provinces to other regions. A reminder that this is a MP balance mod, so unplayed regions are unimportant to our game. Secondly, this version of china is by no means meant to be historical in any way, it is purely for balance reasons. Finally, Two Sicilies has been replaced with the Sicilian Emirate found through finishing the mission tree

Calling the Chinese warlords by province names is very inaccurate and not only that the provinces of China in this time period are not the same as they are today, which this map is roughly based on. Typically, they all view themselves as the only China and thus would name themselves as Dynasty names. Occasionally, they will use the abbreviated province names, which can be find by simply going to provinces of China on Wikipedia. However, this is typically only for a short time. Also, I can see why Tibet is wasteland because it is nearly impossible for a non-Tibetan empire to control the region, but Mongolia should not be uncolonized.

How do you form the Two Sicilies? It seems that it has a mission tree, but I couldn't find a decision to form it as either Naples or Sicily.
