1. Don't sell your items at the pawnshop. First, check if it is not available on Blackbay (check on the computer or in the items menu)
2. Some rooms (e.g. containers or stairs) cannot be entered if you crouch (you will be blocked by a magic, invisible wall)
3. When stealing cars, don't be afraid of the camera vision. As long as your character appears completely in it, nothing will happen. In addition, I will suggest that even if the camera sees you in the car, the alarm will not go off immediately, only the nearest npc will come to check what is happening - so you have time to escape!
4. Do not park the place you want to rob right next to the gate. If the alarm goes off, the police will "find" your car and you will be caught!
5. Imagine the situation:
You drive in front of the gate, ignoring the previous tip
You steal a few things from a house and suddenly the alarm goes off. You don't have any wardrobe or bin to hide in, so you're just waiting in some room.
Now it's time for a 5 tip
If you stand idle for a while, the police will find your car and you will be caught immediately!
6. If you can afford it, get yourself a van!
You'll have more space for heavier treasures :D
7. Bodyguards are stupid - It will take them a while to notice you (even longer when you crouch)
8. Better not drive in the fields and forests, it is very easy to damage your car there.
9. On the Rent a Thug page, accept all possible orders.
On your next visit to a given property, you can earn some extra money :))
10. The last Tip is important.
This game is very bugged.
So you better not be careful, even if you think you can do it all ;)
