IT'S TIME TO BURN YOUR HOUSE DOWN:
to get this achievement you need to have bought every item before hand and have all 7 catalogs obtained, if you have that done then you will start getting rapid letters from Sugar Plumps, in one of his final letters he tells you to burn the 4 items (that you gave him throughout the game) together, those items being the magnet, fireflies, toy exterminator, and the sunglasses. Once you do that you will get the achievement.

Hug Ms. Nancy:
To get this achievement you need to keep the Hug Grandma Coupon that you get around the 3rd catalog, then when you get to the 2nd stage of the game you still need to have the coupon with you, when you talk to grandma you need to always click the 1st text option that appears for you, then Ms. Nancy will ask you if you have the coupon, say yes and then you have the achievement.

Ready to go?
To get this achievement you need to have entered the 2nd stage of the game and finished you conversation with Ms. Nancy (regardless if you had your coupon with you.) You then go to the right of the Tomorrow Corporation building, when you go to the right you will see The Weather Man, who will ask you if you're ready to go, if you say yes then you finish the game and get the achievement.

Super Shopper:
To get this achievement you must buy every item 3 times, if your not sure if you bought an item 3 times then an indicator is the border around a certain item, if it has a golden border then you've bought it 3 times

Ho Ho Holiday: (These achievements can only be obtained if you have the Ho Ho Holiday Extension Pack)

Pink Logs:
Get and burn the Pink Logs that you get from Sugar Plumps (You only get the Pink logs if you have the Ho Ho Holiday Extension Pack
