Adds Masinissa as an alternate leader for the Berber civilization.

Leader Ability — Best Man of All Kings

Improved tiles receive +1 Food for each type of adjacent Specialty District. Builders receive an extra build charge for each active Declaration of Friendship. Gains access to the Numidian Cavalry unique unit. Each of Masinissa's declared friends also gain an extra build charge for Builders and access to the Numidian Cavalry unique unit as well.

Agenda — Lord of Inumiden

Masinissa likes civilizations on foreign continents with larger populations. Dislikes those on his home continent that have a higher income.

Unique Unit — Numidian Cavalry

A light cavalry unit unique to Masinissa and his Friends. Weaker and cheaper than the Horseman it replaces, but is faster, uses less movement to pillage tiles, and can move after attacking.

Could you create a civilization of the Etruscans? Or maybe the Germans with Arminius? Or Illyrians or Dacians? Have you ever thought about something like that? I have several ideas written down for these civilizations, including leaders and unique units, and I'd be happy to share them.The civilizations I mentioned are not randomly chosen; no one has made them yet, and for example, they were playable in civ5 or other games.

Going with Doc_Furtado's comment, why doesn't the correct picture of Masinissa show in the start menu? Still a very fun civilization and leader to play as though :)

So if I play a peaceful game, on a huge (12 player map) the worker gets 10+ additional charges? More if I use policies and pyramid? Or is this capped? But my friends would get about 4 build chargers.

Great work! Does this mod work with any of the real-location world-map mods? I think it would be very fun to play as the berbers in a North-African Mediterannean context!
