Install and turning On (See picture 2):
1. Extension / Mods
2. Select mod (in the example: ussr)
3. Mod creation tools
4. Copy to local
5. Select "X" next to the mod name - will change "V"
6. Apply changes
If next to the mod name alredy "V" press "Back".
Restart the game after installing and turning on the mod.
