How to find the Jackhammer
The Jackhammer is located under some Rubble in the area known as "Factory Entrance."
Its the pile next to the large pile that you can only remove with the Jackhammer.
Near the Farm Vendor.

It is best to have all your NPCs with you and get them to break the rocks.
You don't use it as a tool or anything it just allows you to break the big rubble

thanks for sharing! now that i have found it... i can't figure out how to use it? it looks like a big rock in the glass room is covering a passage way, but not sure how to apply jackhammer to big rock?
