Man i hate flashstorms, i wish if there was a Bigger Waterskip Psycast that makes me able to put the fire off.
No more flavor text.

This Psycast is a better WaterSkip, Slightly more costy, and more then twice as good.

Name: Waterpool Psycast
Psylink level: Level 3
Casting time: 1 Second
Neural heat gain: 30
Psyfocus cost: 2%
Range: 30
Effect radius: 4

NOTE: if you have VPE(VanillaPsycastExpanded) then you probably don't need this mod, the regular WaterSkip ability can be buffed depending on your pawn's sensitivity.

This two line need to be add after the<canUseAoeToGetTargets> line:
<hostile>false</hostile>
<casterMustBeCapableOfViolence>false</casterMustBeCapableOfViolence>

It seems this psycast is disactivated if the pawn is incapable of violence.

simple and effective, sometimes the best, sometimes the worst! (almost never in-between)

I would say this is twords the uper-end (best). Also, it fits on my near-full computer! (It hates me, my nearly 500 (450) gig hardrive has less than 30 gigs left!)

@CTH2004 mmm, i dont have any plans but Maybe, altho i abandoned further support to this mod because the regular WaterSkip becomes better with VanillaPsycastsExpanded if you increase Psy Sensitivity, this mod is infact made for those who haven't added VanillaPyscastsExpanded.
