Details:


1. made all POP in the world immediately change to primary culture and state religion.
Warning: this obviously affects balance. Do not use this if you are not forced to.

2. all assimilations/conversions in progress are immediately completed in their entirety.
This is slightly less of a balance impact, but still a disruptive change.

3.Immediately convert POP with a population of less than 1000 to primary culture and state religion.
Note that some POPs, such as the population among immigrants, will not be changed due to Victoria3 logic.
