so to those wondering, its much like a modular shelf, it hands on the wall and extends outward the long way. its very useful for adding "counters" or "hanging desks" in the fallout shelter houses if you wanted to add some counterspace to the shelter.

it can also be very useful for "damaged" or "dirty" house clutter if you smack it with a hammer like i did when i built a cod zombies map.
