Real 3D Bullet Holes [Parallax Mapping]

This addon is a modification of bullet holes. Instead of bullet holes being 2D and flat, it's now 3D and realistic.

If you missed out on my previous addon, which you should check it out btw. the Garry's Mod Parallax Mapping ADDON . I'll summarized what this addon is, since this addon is basically that.

This addon uses a texture technique called "Parallax mapping". It basically makes 2D textures look 3D. It adds height/depth to textures.

If somehow you still dont get it, imagine if the brick wall in gm_construct was actually a real brick wall instead of just a flat wall.


Follow these steps:

1. Subscribe to this addon
   
2. Download this shader(IMPORTANT): PBR Shader Download(CLICK ME)
   
3. Open up the zip file
   
4. Extract everything in the zip file to your steamapps\common\GarrysMod\garrysmod folder
   
   
5. Open up gmod and go to a map
   
6. Shoot a gun to anything solid
   
7. Done. Enjoy your 3d bullet holes.
