How to enable console

You just need to press ` or ~ (it's one and the same button).

allskills

Unlocks all of the skills on the skill tree.

None

freemoney

Adds 10000 to the thief's funds.

None

freeexp

Awards the thief 100exp.

None (Note that there are three E's in this command.)

ghost

Makes the thief invisible.

Footsteps and other actions can still be heard, such as opening/closing drawers and doors. The thief can also still be seen when interacting with a car (disabling the alarm, using a Car Lock Pick Gun, hot-wiring, or driving).

human

After using the ghost command, this is the command that will make the thief visible again.

iknowall

Learn all of the tenant routines from every lot in each neighborhood.

If you are on a lot when you type this, it may look like the routines haven't updated. Leave the lot (not the neighborhood) and when the upper right UI refreshes, it will update the routine information.

solazy

Skips objectives in the Story Missions.

Skipping too fast can cause issues with answering Vinny's cellphone. Quest-related items will also disappear when their objective is skipped.

notparanoid

Returns tenants of a building to not hostile, meaning they will call the police when requirements hit the bare minimum.

thieftools

Adds a full set of tools to the thief's inventory.

The Cloaking Device, which is normally only available in NG+ Mode, will also be added to the thief's inventory in story mode. The spawned tools cannot be used if their corresponding skills haven't been learned.

clearitems

Clears items placed in vehicle.

so basically unlike a lot of games, you're saying i can use any of these and it will not affect the achievements at all? Thats awesome... thank you for this.
