To Infinity and Beyond
You can get this on many diary entries, but I used thevery first or "Once Upon a Time" page.
To Infinity and Beyond: Loop the page for five seconds.
Collect-o-mania
At the beginning of your story, you must collect four items.
They will appear as berries, books, or marbles, depending on the personality you chose.

To your left is the first item [1/4].
Walk to the right to find the second item [2/4].
Drop down and pull out the block.
Crawl under where it was for the third item [3/4].
Push the block to the right, then jump up for the fourth item [4/4].
Collect-o-mania: Collect the items in Estoria 1.
Hear Ye, Hear Ye
In chapter one,when you arrive at the sacred bell, jump on the rope of the bell, and swing.
Hear Ye, Hear Ye: Ring the bell in Estoria 1.
The Stage is Set
UNMISSABLE
The Stage is Set: Finish Chapter 1.
A Friend Indeed
In chapter two,after becoming a guardian, return to the firefly tree.
On the path is a villager trapped under wooden planks.
Use RISE to save him.
A Friend Indeed: Help the villager.
The Journey Begins
UNMISSABLE
The Journey Begins: Finish Chapter 2.
Always Bet on Black [3/7]
In diary entry three,on the page after entering the spaceship, collect all the asterisks.
There will be a BLACK asterisk at the end [1/7].

Still in diary entry three,on the page with the Leap of Faith, move to the grey clouds.
When given a choice, collect both BLACK asterisks rather than the purple ones [3/7].
The First Descent
UNMISSABLE
The First Descent: Finish Chapter 3.
PieCeption
In diary entry four,on the page about dad baking you a pie, push the pie to the left.
It will fall off the page, and loop back to the top line.
PieCeption: On D4.13, throw the pie to the left, have it loop around the screen to the first line.
A New Companion
UNMISSABLE
A New Companion: Finish Chapter 4.
It's a Miracle
In diary entry five, on the page about cleaning up after breakfast, GATHER all of the dishes.
CLEAN all of the dishes before moving on.
It's a Miracle: Do all the washing up.
Into Solitude
UNMISSABLE
Into Solitude: Finish Chapter 5.
Always Bet on Black [7/7]
In diary entry 6,on the page during the car drive, run along the power lines.
Asthe drive continues, collect four BLACK astericks from the air [4/7].

Always Bet on Black: Collect every black asterick.
No Remorse
In chapter six,after breaking the pot underwater, walk past every Seakin to knock them over.
There are a few out of the way, up on a platform surrounding a firefly.
No Remorse: Knock every frozen Seakin over in Estoria 6.
Facing the Beast
UNMISSABLE
Facing the Beast: Finish Chapter 6.
Page Master
UNMISSABLE:Begin Chapter 7.
Page Master: Unlock your full potential.
Shimmer of Hope
UNMISSABLE
The Shimmer of Hope: Finish Chapter 7.
Lightbringer
In chapter eight,in the mountain fortress, use BURN to light all of the wall sconces.
Lightbringer: Light all the torches.
True Guardian
Chapter three, four, five and six have 20 firefiles, chapter 8 has 40 fireflies,including you!.
True Guardian: Find all the Fireflies!

The End?
UNMISSABLE
The End? Finish Chapter 8.
A World Reborn
UNMISSABLE:Begin the Epilogue.
A World Reborn: Start something new.
Token of Appreciation
After the final diary entry, playable credits will begin.
You can collect the asterisks, but you only have to play until the end.
Token of Appreciation: Play to the end of the credits.

Also would like to add correction for "Page Master". Yes, like Eternity Circle said its unlocked at Chapter 8 and not 7. And it doesn't really unlock at the start of the Estoria part, you have to open your magic book (with all words of magic available, hence the name) to unlock it.

just a little error for "Page Master", it's at beginning of chapter 8 not 7.

For some reason, collecting 4 items in Estoria didn't help for the achievement... :/

I was looking for it in English, but I finish the game Friday! Thank you for the guide it will help the players to achieve 100% of the game :Cherrytop:
