Changelist

Balancing:
- more NPC spawns
- AI Blocker improvements
- Drill spawn is 100%
- New money drop off on the roof
- Toilet money drop off increased to 15'000
- Toilet window size decreased to avoid camping on balcony
- New destructable wall and sensor in the small bank building
- trampoline on roof to allow 0 damage access through the crane

Main vault:
- Main vault money increased to 59'000 (including logic door)
- Main vault logic door (button in ground floor office)
- Main vault vent entrance through constructions site
- Construction site new bulletproof CCTV


Other changes:
- new decorations
- two new pcs
- two new atms
- 1. floor vault value increased
- more random boxes

Street-tile despawns sometimes behind the park
