  2. (Previously P15) Storm lasts +100%(2 min) more(2 -> 4). this also buffs blightrot effect tho you have longer time to respond
  3. Gain 5 blightrot cysts every 3rd clearance season.
  4. Blueprint reroll starts at 10 amber(up from 0)
  5. Faster leave coutdown when resolve <= 0
  6. Building costs +50%, this is where can't mass spam cutters/gathers and have to juggle between different building or look out for parts.
  7. +50% chance to consume double food
  8. +50% chance to consume double luxury item
  9. Glade event -33% speed, you are looking at 7min 30seconds for a typical dangerous glade event. One Living matter will cause famine and you will learn to appreciate Sea Marrows
  10. Your items worth 50% less to traders, This is where traderoute starts to be more effective and Traders cannot be used as jail out card for free. You need specialize in trade to benefit
  11. Blightrot generation doubled(included effect from P2)Blightrot +50% corrupting power(+90 -> +120) merely 6 blightrot cyst will kill your villagers.
  12. -2 Blueprint choices(4 ->2)
  13. -2 Cornerdstone choices(4->2)
  14. 0.5 less Impatient deduction from reputation gain(1 -> 0.5), this is where +30 second final countdown upgrade start to mean something
  15. One less starting blueprint draws(3->2)
  16. Hunger stack doubled. i.e. +100% hunger resolve penalty and foxes will die on 2nd missed food
  17. Sacrificing last 35% shorter
  18. Every opened glade will tax you 2 ambers for small. 6 for dangerous/forbidden by next year. Failure to pay will result 2 worker leaving(and it's leaving impatience penalty)

Yes, you lose an entire starting blueprint roll at P16, in effect you can't really form any meaningful tech except for simple one like skewers/coal and such. that's part of the challenge, and this made finish early order very important

Very helpful, thank you. I find myself referring to this guide often as I painfully climb he prestige ladder (currently on prestige 7).

A question about the prestige 16 change. I fear it means a complete loss of a blueprint choice, which is pretty tough. Might I be reading this too harshly? Is the blueprint choice eliminated entirely, or just shifted to later along the reputation track? A temporary delay in getting a blueprint seems less of hit than a total loss of one blueprint.

For me, moving to the prestige levels felt easier at first because the shift to a reputation requirement of eighteen (prestige 1) also gave, net, one additional blueprint choice along the extended reputation track. The extra reputation required to end was described, but the extra blueprint choice was not.

Yes, I am strong advocate on getting P19 changed, but it seems the devs think this is fine.

I'm still in the early prestiges atm but I do like how so far the difficulties (even before the prestiges) mostly just add an extra plate to spin, so it really does feel like a slow burn and every stage just feels a LITTLE harder than the last.

6, 8, 14, 15, 17, and 19 all look super harsh though (though I assume by the time I reach 17, after dealing with 6 for 11 prestiges I'll probably struggle with food less).

IMO most of them are annoying but the worst offender is P19: 5 amber per glade or you lose 2 villagers. Not only it make the meta extremely conservative and stale, they are simply annoying to play with.

Aw dammit. I'm at 8 and already have somewhat of a bad time.
12, 13, 14, 16, 20 seem very brutal.
