NVIDIA CONTROL PANEL: Antialiasing - FXAA Off
Gamma Off
Mode Off
Max Frame Rate: Anything. Mine is set to 165

Power Management: Maximum performance

Vsync: On

In-Game disable vsync and set antialiasing on low.

These settings made the game playable. Hopefully helps you too.
