Basically, over at Hi-Rez, we like to harass our customers into paying for skins without having proper moderation, reviews, or ban appeal applications. Even though we allow you to make a ban appeal and a ticket, we actually don't even have permissions to unban anyone or solve problems created by our own automated system! Sorry to anyone who was wrongly banned or banned by an automated system, it's just so sad for you! We value our customers and players greatly!
