i think the translations are good enough for those and can go in game

I think you should get a subscription to Claude AI by Anthropic.
It can translate the Mandarin into very good English that makes sense.

You ca upload limited images too. Or give it test to translate.

I found that the crossed out circle one stops you from using ranged weapons. I imagine it gives some kind of boost to melee weapons but well, I can't read Chinese.
