[DEPRECATED] Notifications Filter

I finished the development of this mod. It has completed its historical role thanks to Paradox adding a similar feature to vanilla after version 1.2. Thank you very much for your support so far.

This mod picks up important notifications. You are no longer bothered by notification spam.

You can switch the three filtering levels by clicking each button. The default level is three, and it's the same as vanilla.

The mod supports all languages that Victoria 3 supports. Also, you can still unlock achievements with it.

Note: I removed the former separation feature by default. You can still enable it by RIGHT-clicking the bottom button.
