Here are locations where you can find the 10 honeycombs. This image was posted by one of the devs. Keep in mind you probably can't get all of these items (of any type) until you complete the game's three main dungeons that give you the key fragments.


You can cash in the honeycombs at the queen beehive which is in the same grid/square/zone and just a tiny bit south of the entrance to the Forbidden Forest, so it's not exactly where I'm standing in this below screenshot, it's just a little further south. Also if you go a little further south from the queen beehive, this is where you can find the house of the lady who buys flowers from you.

IGNORE THE YELLOW OUTLINE that's just an unrelated quest marker.

Fish and pools are random so here are the general locations you can find the fish in. This was saved from an image that one of the devs posted also.

There are 6 in each of the 4 main zones (the upper left is the final zone so it doesn't have any) and the altars are marked here with a red dot.

Again remember you probably can't get to every last one of these until you have every extra item in the game, specifically the ones you get from the three main dungeons for the key fragments.

Specifically, the boomerang from the Periwinkle Woods dungeon, which can be used to bring down ladders, such as the one in the desert zone that you can't get to otherwise.

The sign hints "look to the stars" which is a clue that the solution to the puzzle can be found by looking through the telescope in the crazy scientist guy's house, the one with the gigantic telescope sticking out of the top.

There's one in the basement of the Blossomdale Tavern.

There's one you get in the farm with the windmill for clearing the garden of spiders.

Every town has a graveyard, and if you visit there while drinking the ghoul elixir, you'll see ghosts who will give you tasks which can reward you with some items, possibly heart quarters or energy crystals?

For another tricky one, as mentioned in the comments. At X7 (horizontal/across) Y4 (vertical/down) on the map: "You have to wake the guy up at the main town tavern and he'll give you instructions to find a treasure. Just follow them (they'll lead you to this place anyways) and dig around the left side I believe."

One of the devs included a description of the "ghost grandma who buried an energy crystal" quest:
"After speaking with the ghost you can dig up the Energy Crystal buried in the backyard of the abandoned house in Monsterton (top left house). Under the purple plant." For anyone wondering where the ghost grandma is, the cemetary party just north of the Monsterton town, and don't forget you should make a certain potion that will let you see her.

One is in the desert dungeon, inside a bombable wall along the left side, a few rooms up. Look for walls with cracks in them (always). Here's a screenshot of the location.

These are just a couple of the trickier locations, as I found the rest easy to get to. Even the timed ones, since they still allow you to use the hot air balloon to fast travel.

Also the sand castle house (specifically the house NEAR the sand castle where the kid's mom lives) and pirate ship are along the very south part of the entire game world.

Gruff's bridge:





Just swim south and you'll enter a secret home under the bridge. Gruff should give you something else if you talk to him again after the mail, I think.

These are actually very easy when you figure out the trick, which is that the blue "plus" tiles just require you to walk straight across them, and the red "plus" tiles require you to make a sharp turn in any direction when you're standing on them.
