Minotaur MK II

Falkner's Minotaur redesigned to feature his Manta shuttle with remote control ability, more cargo crates (as per the cargo class) and other cosmetic and storage tweaks.

Manta shuttle now has a limited view (about 100 degrees), toggleable laser gun facing downwards that's very energy-heavy to aid with fun pirate-boarding or wreck salvaging missions.

Updated sprite levels, growing plants now looks cool. Added a simple 15 min timer for watering plants.
Fixed intruder alert by porting one from Falkner's Basilisk

Speed has been slightly decreased (transport sub), auxilary engine switch provides more speed at the cost of fuel economy. Shuttle, when docked, works in tandem with the sub (ballast) and provides more speed to the sub.

Also hid as many wires and components as I could to help with performance.

Removed jamming feature (sorry Falkner) :(

Singleplayer/bot friendly, semi-balanced Transport III, excessively tested.
