Better Canals

Updates: now with 3 new production methods

Hi, this mod is to improve and make Canals worth it. In the game all they do is give prestige ... yeah worthless and they can't keep them selfs sustainable/profitable so you need to pay for them forever.
In this mod as you can see in the picture i gave the Canals what they should have by default, Services and Transportation since that is their purpose, 500 was the best number i could think since you can only build 1 and only 2 Canals exist in the world. Also added 50 infrastructure to it, makes sense to me that it would give that just like a railway or a port does.

Includes Japanese localization thanks to "tKitashiro"
