Will be updating this as I find more. I'm finding this through trial and error and might be wrong, so please let me know if I am... I also feel like they might be changing these sometimes with updates, but I might be wrong.

How to evolve weapons
You will need the actual weapon at max level (level 8), as well as at least 1 of the corresponding passive listed below. Once you have both these things, you need to pick up a 'treasure' urn, which is dropped by the (mini) bosses that appear once in a while.

Achievements "Win a game with ..."
In order to get the achievements "Win a game with [insert character name]", simply survive 15 minutes with the respective character. Then, right after killing the end boss that appears at the 15 minute mark, the game ends and you will receive the achievement.

Se Ciao does NOT evolve with Mano di S. Bartolomeo, I just finished a level with 4 items for other weapons, capoccia de papa for more XP and, supposedly, mano di S. Bartolomeo, but I couldn't level up Se Ciao.
