A mod adding in more flags to Victoria 3!

Adds over 300 new flags into the game!

-> Far Fewer generic flags! Many tags, from native americans in the Mexico-US Border to Polynesian kingdoms have their own hand picked flag: many countries in Africa, the Chinese warlord states, many decentralized nations! This includes emergent and revolt tags, like Ezo or Maya, and formable tags like Baluchistan.

-> Modifies flags the world over for new versions depending on government or who is their overlord! Tags like Republican Netherlands, Constiturional Monarchy Persia and even Monarchic Argentina were changed. Canada will have their dominion flag if you form it while a puppet of the United Kingdom.

-> Removes Lithuanian Zulu, Ottoman Algiers and other poorly selected vanilla flags in Africa especially.

If there are any requests, feel free to post them in the comments.

Compatibility with the warflags mod is limited. The flags included there will override the flags included here, but countries that mod does not touch should not be affected.

Remove our Italian varients as the new PDS patch adds their own. We do keep our German Variants however, as they are not identical.
