Самая распространённая проблема релиза Виктории 3 - при повторном запуске игра сбрасывает все настройки, в том числе язык, и запускается на английском.
Происходит это из-за того, что игра не записывает настройки в файл, в который она должна их записывать, а именно в pdx_settings, зато при повторном запуске пытается их оттуда прочитать и находит лишь пустоту.
У этой проблемы есть два варианта решения, для обоих вам потребуется пройти по адресу
C:\Users\*имя пользователя*\Documents\Paradox Interactive\Victoria 3
Именно там и лежит злополучный файл.
Что с ним делать зависит от выбранного варианта:
1.Сложный
Прописываем нужные настройки вручную. Для этого, конечно, надо знать что писать. Можно попробовать по аналогии с другими играми Парадоксов, можно скопировать из аналогичного файла со слитого билда... В общем, есть способы.
2.Простой
Если вам, как и мне, лень заниматься вышеописанным, просто удалите этот файл. Игра снова будет запускаться на вашем языке по умолчанию. Процедуру нужно будет повторять перед каждым запуском игры.
