The world has fallen apart, every releasable country (and then some) has been released, and the AI's aggressiveness has been ramped up significantly to compensate.

Yeah, they changed the usual rules for achievements with Vicky 3

Swapping nations disabled achievements, though.

@General Melchett that's not true. I play with mods and Iron Man disabled and I still get achievements.

@SquarelyCircle Are you trying to earn the achievement? is so, you have to play Ironman with no mods.
