This mod allows you to perform an air crossing of power lines by fixing the wires on high chimneys. The unusual solution for the through passage of power lines through dense industrial areas. Allows you to save on the construction of power lines bypassing, and even more so on laying the cable (upd: it turns out that the cable is unbalancedly cheap, therefore it does not allow). Finally, it's just a masterpiece of engineering!

Chimneys are rarely used as power line pylons. Usually, this design is used at thermal power plants, when the step-up electrical substation is significantly remoted from the engine room. In this case, the inputs are installed directly on the roof of the unit, from where the wires go to the traverses on the chimney. For example, in the USSR they were used at Vyborgskaya CHPP-17 (Leningrad), Arkhangelsk CHPP, Iriklinskaya State District Power Plant (Orenburg Region), Kashirskaya State District Power Plant, Konakovskaya State District Power Plant (Tver Region), Lukomlskaya State District Power Plant (Belarus). It can be assumed that one of the reasons for the low prevalence is the problem of interaction between enterprises: the installation of potentially dangerous structures on the territory of third-party enterprises does not seem such an easy task from a bureaucratic point of view.
