Finished in 1888, it's the third iteration of this building.

This is not an update of the old model because the footprint of it it's different, as the old version was pretty oversized. I recommend unsubscribing from the old one in any case and using this one.

Unique building, 27k tris, 2k+1k+1k px textures.
Includes two props: a no parking sign and the two lamps in the facade.

You can raise it to have more stairs in front.
