1_open task manager when freezing starts

2_ right click on rainbow six siege _ go details

3_right click on rainbow six siege in details_ click on set affinity

4_turn all cpu core of except last one click ok

5_ click on set affinity again and turn cpu core's again (all of them)

u r good to go
