Swedish Ambulance Aviation is a municipal association where all of Sweden's 21 regions are members. The operation coordinates and carries out ambulance transport by aircraft with readiness at three emergency bases, 24 hours a day, all year round.

How does it work?

Air ambulances spawn only in the event of a medical emergency.

To get random emergencies, you have to play on the difficulty moderate or higher.

If you play in Sandbox mode, emergencies have to be turned on in the advanced settings when you create the map.
