I can't believe in the end I found the cause, it was simply post processing that is different to default one. What I did I replaced all with default one. I believe the issue is fixed. You wouldn't belive how long I was looking for a silution.
Side-effect is that maps look more "Normal" because default post-processing simply means using ballanced palette of colours, unmodded khorne wastes have more red color for example. But it's worth the cost if you use any smoke mod!
