Hey! The tunnels have been made significantly easier now. This guide will still work, but there are shorter paths available.

Here's the whole thing!

Follow the green line from the starting point and pick up the White Map on the floor
Walk off the ledge of the platform you're on, onto the newly visible static layer, be ready to avoid the legs!
Navigate along the red line to the cracked circle. This moves you up a layer, back to the Gray Floor.
Keep following the red line to re-enter the northern white floor, then exit via the northeastern white circle. Avoid the legs!
Navigate west, then south towards the central west dropoff to the white floor. Read the next step before descending.
There are legs that will aggro you when you drop down. Be ready to drop, avoid them, and pick up the dripping Deep Map on the solid white square.
Continue south until the nearest eastern exit point. This third layer drops back down to the first. Get it? 1st layer -> 2nd -> 3rd ->1st
Now follow the light blue line east on the gray layer to drop to the white layer, which then allows you to move back west and drop to the deep layer square.
Keep traveling south, moving through layers until you have to go east or west. Remember this point!
Head west, and be ready for legs. Interact with the white structure to acquire the "tool". Then follow the orange line back to the point I told you to remember.
Head east, and pick up the caged rabbit on the southeast square where i drew the first orange loop.
The second orange loop shows where you drop from the 3rd floor to the 1st, then take the ladder to the animal den.
Now you do not need to return to the tunnels, unless of course, you want the concrete doll, or the deep frog.
