Open console and type: bind 3 "slot3; cl_righthand 0"; bind 2 "slot2; cl_righthand 1"; bind 1 "slot1; cl_righthand 1"; bind 4 "slot4; cl_righthand 1"; bind 5 "slot5; cl_righthand 1".　
　

　
Hit enter and you're ready

How to turn it off
If you want to turn it off type: bind 3 "slot3"; bind 2 "slot2"; bind 1 "slot1"; bind 4 "slot4"; bind 5 "slot5"
　
Hit enter and now it should look normal.
　
If it doesn't look normal type: cl_righthand 1. In the console
