Faction Unlocker by S8TAN_

This mod unlocks all factions to be playable and adds them to the faction selection screen.
The factions are sorted into groups by culture, as they wouldn't fit on the selection screen with the default groups. This mod doesn't overhaul the factions, they are just made playable and thus may lack some features.

These are some minor additions I plan to make in the near future:

• Main character traits for all factions (done)
  
• Basic victory conditions for all factions
  
• Custom startpos maps

This mod is compatible with all mods that do not edit the 'startpos.esf' tables.
