Set the bet as high as it can go, and don't worry about suspicion too much.
Make sure to select 'The Bottle of Cahors' technique, since it's the easiest one to pull off without raising too much suspicion.
Do the technique as you will.
After winning the game, do as the Comte says and quit; essentially saving your progress.

Tips

It's going to take a while to get your bet all the way up to max, so it's usually a good idea to use an Autoclicker and possibly leaving the game on overnight.
Try to get as little amount of strategies as possible, so the Bottle of Cahors has a higher chance to show up
Die at least twice at the barn, so if you do mess up, you'll just be sent back to where you were with no hassle
