The red-blue circle can be solved by first moving all red balls into the large ring in a continuous fashion. You can do this by rotating the small ring so that the top intersection is red, then rotating the large ring clockwise until the intersection is blue again. Repeat this until the smaller circle completely blue and the first red ball just above the top intersection.

From here, do the following:

- 6 times: rotate the large ring counter-clockwise, rotate the small ring counter-clockwise.
- 5 times: rotate the large ring counter-clockwise.
- 5 times: rotate the large ring counter-clockwise, rotate the small ring counter-clockwise.

I skipped, i got to the point of having all the red lined up on the big circle and couldn't figure where to go from there. Spent too long on it. Skipping does not affect your achievement status.
