1-10 achievements
The first 1-10 achievements you get from playing the campaign. you get one per level.

(IMPORTANT note)
in order to get these though, at the very end of each level you have to watch the red victory screen. If you press space too fast before you get the achievement you will miss it and you will have to replay that level.
Fear is defeated / No clothes
Fear is defeated achievement: You have to beat the game. (note) this didn't work on the first play-though and I had to replay the last level.

No clothes achievement: This one is a little more difficult and it's unclear how many you have to do but my guess is that you have to land on each star in each level and also finish first. I have read from some other people that this achievement is broken and needs to be patched. Although there are a few people who do have this achievement.
Tips and tricks
Tip 1: don't punch your computer screen it's not worth it. 

Tip 2: you can just continuously spam the space button. But be wary when you are close to the end stop spamming so you don't accidentally skip the red victory screen. 

Tip 3: if the blue character (fear) is too far ahead just restart the level, it's harder to catch up with them than it is to just restart. You can Try to catch up and it can work but its better to get the lead on blue very early.

I only had one game session; I did not quit the game until I got 100%. Restarted each level till the star was close (and obtained) and restarted as needed again if I wasn't going to win. Got Level 10, Fear is Defeated, and No Clothes all at once after finishing the last level, no restart required.

Just got the last achievement (No Clothes), your guess appears to be correct in that you must win all 10 levels having landed on the star (thus removing her clothes) :Patrick: I looked at my screenshots of each level and was able to tell which ones I'd beaten topless, making it easier to see which I had left :rinflipped:

A tip for rubbing out this cheevo: restart the level immediately if the star isn't within the first bend of the path (10-15 spaces), that way you can restart the level quickly if RNGesus doesn't smile upon booba in that playthrough :derp: I once got it to spawn on the first space and rolled a 1 :awyea:
